Miller Field

Once an active airfield in the early days of aviation, became part of Gateway National Recreation Area in 1974. The park includes two post-World War I military aircraft hangers, 64 acres of athletic fields, picnic areas, a community garden and a swamp white oak forest. The park is maintained year-round by the National Park Service.
